Do you ship Internationally?
Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. With the ever changing import/export rules it complicates things rather quickly.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Is your down Ethically Sourced?
Absolutely. Our down supplier is leading the industry in animal treatment, quality, and down cleanliness.
What is Fill Power (FP) ?
This is a standard which indicates how well the Down clusters loft. This loft is what provides the warmth in Down products.
Does the color of Down have any affect on the quality?
No. Down quality is determined by the age, species, and size of the bird it originates from. Typically, white down is in higher demand for its ability to be used with light colored products.
What is Responsibly Down Standard?
"The Responsible Down Standard is an independent, voluntary global standard, which means that companies can choose to certify their products to the RDS, even if there is no legislation requiring them to do so. The RDS was developed and revised over three years, with the input of animal welfare groups, industry experts, brands and retailers.
